Shipping policy

Shipping processing times

Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping day is usually on Tuesday, with a few expections due to events/conventions/holidays.

 

Pre-orders and mixed orders

For pre-orders, the approximate delivery time is always stated in the product description. By default, orders containing pre-ordered items are processed and shipped all at once when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship. Please keep this in mind when placing a larger order.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, once a delivery address is provided. 


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the UK. Please contact us in this case at store@neophobica.com


Order tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the shipping service provider's website.
Please check your Spam folder.
If you have not received a tracking number for your order, contact us at store@neophobica.com with your order number and we will figure it out.


Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a refund or replacement.
Please understand that I do not offer free reshipping of your order and cannot be held responsible if your order was shipped using standard shipping without a tracking number.
For international orders we highly advise to opt for tracked shipping.

 

Returned Packages

If your order is returned through no fault of the parcel service or ourselves, such as the package being refused, not being picked up from the post office or parcel shop, or the address being incorrectly provided by the customer, you have the following options:

A) We will resend your order. We will have to charge you for the reshipping and the return shipping costs (for each: standard shipping rates as listed).

B) We will refund your order value minus the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs (standard shipping rates as listed).


Customs and import taxes

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs

For the US, customs will be calculated and charged at checkout.
